Product description
This product is prepared by using inorganic silicon modified acrylic emulsion as base material and adding innovative reflective and heat-insulating functional additives. Based on ensuring water resistance, substrate adhesion, and ultra-high weather resistance, it also has ultra-high solar reflectance, which can meet the requirements of outdoor reflection, heat insulation, energy-saving, and emission-reduction coating customer groups. The product can be customized according to requirements.
Instruction
Primary treatment: The surface to be painted should be flat and clean, free of contamination, cracks, hollows, etc., and have a sufficient curing period to allow it to fully dry.
The pH value should be lower than 10, and the moisture content should be lower than 10%.
Construction methods: brushing, roller coating, and spraying are all acceptable.
Paint consumption: 12-13m²/liter/layer. (The actual painted area will vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness).
Dilution: Add less than 20% water to dilute. Construction after mixing evenly.
Recoating time: more than 3 hours (temperature 25ºC and below 65% relative humidity).
Construction temperature: The ambient and wall temperature is above +5ºC, and the relative humidity is not higher than 85%.
Storage: cool and dry place, avoid storage below 0ºC.
Shelf life: 24 months.
