Products description

Epoxy-modified acrylic resin, epoxy groups provide excellent adhesion to the resin, while acrylic enhances the overall weather resistance of the resin, providing excellent adhesion to the product while also ensuring the longevity of the product.

Scope of application

Suitable for outdoor public places, such as ball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and other sports places; children's playgrounds, kindergarten activity fields; pedestrian walkways, communities, playgrounds, and another color coating.

Construction process

1. Flushing site: the conditions need to flush the ground with firewater, the first play the ground without floating dust, the second measurement of ground level, those areas have water phenomenon, 8 hours after the construction of the next process.

2. grinding site: ground grinding, solve the ground roughly flatness.

3. Repair the ground: high and low ground, loose ground for repair.

4. Sanding ground two: divided into the initial grinding ground and fine film ground treatment.

5. Cleaning / acid washing ground: ground acid and alkali adjustment and mold and algae removal treatment.

6. primer: a primer for strong adhesion of water-based inorganic penetrating resin, a primer: water at 1:3 evenly mixed, construction with a sprayer, spraying or rolling on the substrate, the amount depends on the solidity of the field, the general amount of about 0.04kg/m2, to dry solid can be the next step of construction.

(7. Medium coating: special sand: inorganic medium coating: water = 1:0.8:0.4:1 water mixed well, applied on top of the primer, generally scraping two, two general dosages of about 0.7kg/㎡).

8. Coating scraping surface layer: the first top coat: sand: water = 1: 0.3: 0.3 fully mixed and stirred, coated in the second strengthening surface without sand, top coat: water = 1:0.2.

11. Construction is completed: 24 hours before people can be on, 72 hours before re-pressing. (25 ℃ shall prevail, low-temperature open time needs to be moderately extended)

Instructions for use

Substrate treatment: the surface of the coated substrate must be firm, flat, dry, clean, PH value ≤ 10, with no oil, and no loose material.

Construction methods: brushing, roller coating, and spraying are available.

Construction temperature: ambient and wall temperature is above +10℃, and relative humidity is not higher than 85%.

Dilution: It is not recommended to mix with water, and can be diluted with 10-15% water according to the construction viscosity when spraying. Mix well and then construct.

Maintenance time: surface coating is done, keep at least 10 hours without water immersion, the temperature is lower than 10 ºC to scorch to extend the drying time, site paving

Maintenance after the completion of more than 7 days before use.

Storage: sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and maintain a certain ventilation effect; strictly prevent frost (not less than 0 º C).

Shelf life: 18 months

Precautions

During construction, attention should be paid to keeping air circulation, and the paint should be kept away from the heat source and long-time direct sunlight. To avoid contamination of skin and eyes or inhalation of excessive paint mist, please use appropriate protective gear. If eyes are contaminated, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment. Keep out of reach of children.
