Product description
This product uses inorganic silicon-modified elastic acrylic emulsion as the base material and is prepared by adding innovative reflective and heat-insulating functional additives. On the basis of ensuring water resistance, excellent paint film elongation, substrate adhesion, and ultra-high weather resistance, it also has ultra-high solar reflectance, which can meet the requirements of customers who have outdoor reflection, heat insulation, energy saving, and emission reduction coating requirements. Color customization on request.
Instruction
Treatment of the base layer: The surface to be painted should be flat and clean, free of contamination, cracks, hollows, etc., and have a sufficient curing period to allow it to fully dry. The PH value should be lower than 10, and the moisture content should be lower than 10%.
Construction methods: brushing, roller coating, and spraying are all acceptable.
Paint consumption: 12-13 m²/liter/layer. (The actual painted area will vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness).
Dilution: Add less than 20% water to dilute. Construction after mixing evenly.
Recoating time: more than 3 hours (temperature 25ºC and below 65% relative humidity).
Construction temperature: The ambient and wall temperature is above +5ºC, and the relative humidity is not higher than 85%.
Storage: in a cool and dry place, avoid storage below 0 ℃.
Shelf life: 24 months.
